This notice explains how Bleep+ uses information you provide through its early-access list and Phase 0 product survey. Bleep+ is currently operated by Hugo Creeth, who is the data controller for this service. You can contact us at privacy@bleepplus.com.

What we collect

For early access, we collect your email address, selected career stage, confirmation and consent records, and signup source. For product research, we collect your survey answers, career stage, whether you use Bleep On Call, consent record and—only if supplied—your email address. We also temporarily record a one-way hash derived from your network address to prevent abuse; the original address is not stored in these databases. Please do not submit patient-identifiable or confidential clinical information.

Why we use it

We use early-access information with your consent to send occasional product updates, research invitations and launch announcements. We use survey information with your consent to understand product needs and, if you volunteer and give an email address, invite you to testing.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while the early-access programme is active or until you withdraw consent. Rate-limit records are used only for abuse prevention and should be routinely deleted after their operational window. We review the list periodically and remove data that is no longer needed.

Who receives it

We use Vercel to host the website, Neon to store the waiting list, Resend to deliver confirmation and welcome messages, and Google Workspace to receive support and privacy requests. These providers process information for us under their applicable service and data-protection terms. Some processing may take place outside the UK using the provider’s recognised transfer safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices and rights

You must confirm your address before joining the list. You can withdraw consent at any time through the unique unsubscribe link in our emails. You may also ask us to access, correct or delete your information, restrict how it is used, or provide a portable copy where applicable by emailing privacy@bleepplus.com.

If you are unhappy with how we use your information, please contact us first so we can help. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes to this notice

We will update the date above when this notice or the underlying data flow changes. The controller identity and contact address will be reviewed if Bleep+ incorporates. This notice should receive legal review before paid memberships or learner accounts launch.
